Owned by the same family for over 120 years, this place is ripe with tradition and exploding with innovative ideas, bringing Abruzzo’s historical dishes to new heights. Here we will learn how to make delicious Abruzzese cuisine and dine on our own creations after a fun and full-day in the kitchen! Buon Appetito!
  • Following our leisurely lunch and cooking class, we will return to Ascoli. Tonight you can take some time to visit our town’s lovely shops, relax in one of our many cafes, or maybe just hit the cobble stone streets for a little solo exploration.

Day 7 (Saturday)

  • After a final breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to Ascoli Piceno and your new found friends and local community. We will accompany you to Ascoli Piceno’s train or bus station. Your time with us may be over, but we hope this is only goodbye for now or as the Italians say “Ci vediamo”! Until next time “Arrivederci”!

We are Italian

We don’t just speak Italian, we live here.  Our insider knowledge and personal relationships allow you to experience Italy as if it was your home.  Giving you the all access pass to Italy’s local and lively scene.

We get you

We are not just locals and experts of authentic Italian vacations, were travellers of Italy too.  We understand what you want to see and experience, and we know the best way to make that happen!

The Gold Standard

We don’t subcontract out meaning everything has been tried, tasted, and tested by us.  If it doesn’t meet our personal Stamp of Approval, it doesn’t make it on our tours.  You can sleep soundly at night knowing you are safe from tourist traps, subpar service, and second rate Italian food.

Unpack Once

Travel Italy at a more leisurely pace. Get to know the city we call home. Relax, drink a glass of wine among friends, and soak up a little of Italy’s “La Dolce Vita”.

Learn from the best

Get to know the people through their stomachs.  Food and culture go hand-in-hand in Italy with recipes being passed down from generation to generation.  We take you to cook with local chefs that still make it the way Nonna does.  Because Nonna knows best, and you want to know her secrets.

Handcrafted Gelato & Espresso, ALWAYS on us!

We do hospitality right.  Whenever you are out on the road with us you never have to reach for your wallet to get that extra cup of coffee or much needed scoop of artisan gelato.

Travel with like-minded individuals

Italian culture is all about conviviality and family and friends, so why would you want to travel this beautiful country alone?  Surround yourself with great people, in a great place. Get inspired and come back renewed from your Italian vacation.
